Vantage is able to offer its own warranty in place of an extended manufacturer's hardware warranty on most products, including desktops, laptops, printers, switches and other peripherals.  As with all things we do, the reason for making this offering is to improve the service you receive.  Some of the benefits of a Vantage warranty over a standard one include: It is often much better value for money You receive vastly improved levels of service and response times The unit is tested following its repair, minimising the chance of discovering an additional fault on its return. On reporting a fault, the troubleshooting required of the user is kept to a minimum. We have felt the need to introduce this service after seeing our customers being caused unnecessary disruption and inconvenience by manufacturers and their maintenance companies.  IT equipment is generally very reliable, but when a problem arises, it is important that the problem be dealt with as efficiently and quickly as possible. In some instances, manufacturers are best placed to provide service (e.g. for world-wide cover) and we can provide the manufacturer's warranty that best suits your needs, if preferred.
